If an order names SIGIL, cost shouldn't decide whether a parent can comply.
The plan
A parent who has a fee waiver in their family case, or who meets the same income guidelines, would pay nothing for SIGIL.

Who pays
The order can decide
Orders sometimes split the cost of a communication platform. SIGIL is designed so each parent can pay for their own account.
Proposed feature: billing that follows the order's split, for example when one parent pays for both.
What won't change
No extra charge to check
Checking a record on the check page or with the offline verifier is free for anyone, and is designed to stay that way.
